Malacca Day 1
i love the sunlight *sometimes* :)
Took me so long to update my Malacca post because i was addicted to Gossip Girls! wooots! finish season 1 in a day! DAN is so my kind of guy! *melts* but now, i watched till middle of season 2 and i just couldn't continue on anymore. my heart aches. i think i get too attached to the characters in the show already. i'm really sad that i dont think i can continue watching for a while :( ANYWAYS, back to my Malacca post!
My parents, Aunty Annie, Uncle Steve,Paik Hoon Ee Ee and I went to Malacca and stayed one night there. It was a satisfying trip with lots of yummy food! yes, see! I really like food hunting! *yums yums* and i bought some small cute little key chains :)
We reached around 12pm and went over to find Uncle Steve's friend. We got to know that there is a very famous pork satay nearby! So we asked for the directions and he said we can use our nose to sniff our way there! HEHEHE! and we actually did! IT WORKS! can really smell it when we were at that area!
This is the famous and SUPERLICIOUS YUMMY TASTY SATAY :) is not satay celup. is normal satay but its very very yummy! I'm not a very big fan of satay but once i taste this pork satay, wow, non stop eating stick after stick! :) Its really a must try! NOT TO MISS!
I ate 15 sticks :) of course i can take more! but saving my stomach for more food! hehe! this is just the starter! is 60 cents for one stick. but u hardly get burnt satay and the meat is soft and tender! not those hard hard satay! i'm really missing it already!
After the yummy satay, I got semangat already! Checked in and then we went to jalan jalan cari makan at Jonker Street :) There will be lots of photos as u scroll down!

OH! The oh so famous jonker 88! as usual, it was super pack and long queue! and its so hard to find place to sit. We waited for it since eating jonker88's cendol is one of our food mission!
The Laksa at Jonker 88. Hmmm.. it was ok only for me, but everyone got different taste and like different kind of style of food! So it might me yummy for u :)
The curry mee! i like this 1! yuuummmmyyy! but my uncle did not like it! in hokien we say its too "lemak" but for my was YUMMY :) i will go there again and queue just for this :D
The cendol! The main attraction of jonker 88! but this was a disappointment for us :( To us, the gula malacca wasnt nice enough. and the mixture and blending. This is because on the previous trip few months ago, we went to eat the cendol at a different place in malacca and it was DELICIOUSLY AWESOME :) i was craving for it! So we prefer the another cendol, not this jonker 88.

OH yes! this is the place the DELICIOUSLY AWESOME cendol :D and according to my aunts and parents and uncle, this ice coffee was awesome! hahaha! MUST TRY the cendol here :)

walked the whole day already! I went back to the room, bath and slept a while! refresh myself for the pasar malam! :D
Ate our dinner at Nancy's Kitchen which is also located at jonker street. We were a bit late, so some of the dishes were out of stock d. The food was not too bad :)
I end my night by staying in the room resting and watching Shout Awards from tv :] while everyone went to some chill out place to listen to live band :)
